Account redesign

We revamped the account section to align with the bank's current digital vision — moving from a dated interface to a modern, intuitive, clean design.

The previous design paired a dated aesthetic with real usability problems: a dense layout and confusing information architecture often left users lost and uncertain about their own finances. That eroded confidence and drove a high volume of recurring support inquiries about finding transaction details, checking balances, and managing money. For a product this central to trust, clarity had to be the design outcome.

What changed

A complete visual overhaul with a modern design language, generous white space, and updated typography for scannability.

A simplified account dashboard with a clear hierarchy — current balance and recent activity, instantly visible.

Intuitive, accessible navigation streamlining statements, transfers, and account settings.

Upfront, context-specific information to proactively address questions and reduce the need for support.

Improved accessibility standards — color contrast and touch targets — for a high-quality experience for everyone.
